I hope you have had a good week. This week we will be reflecting on the Purpose Driven Life series and the Road to Emmaus bible passage. Next Sunday, Rev Mark Ambrose will be leading our service.
Coronation Celebration 7th May
The plans for the Sunday are:
11 am Café church service
Followed by ‘bring your own’ picnic lunch
2–4 pm Community Coronation Party with afternoon tea, games, crafts, music.
We need some cup cakes for the afternoon tea and also offers to help with the games, crafts and music. If you can help, please sign up in the foyer. Thank you to all those who have already offered.
The invitations for the community are now available – we would love to have these delivered this week. If you are able to help, please do take a pile (the red labelled ones are the ones we would really like to go out as a priority)
Toddler Group
The Toddler Group starts on Monday 17th April at church. This group will meet from 9.30 – 11.30 am every Monday morning during term times. All toddlers and babies are welcome provided they are accompanied by an adult. We are incredibly grateful to Esther for heading up this new group. If you can help Esther please contact her. All official helpers will need a DBS check, if you need one please speak to Matthew, Maz, Dave or Joe. Please do pray for this new toddler group and encourage folk to come along.
