Hope you have had a good week.
This Sunday morning we will be hearing Jon Potterton’s testimony. I do hope you will be able to come along and hear and support him. The service is a Café Church service and coffee and tea will be available before the service as you arrive but fresh tea and coffee will not be available after the service.
The sign-up sheet is now up for the fish and chips lunch on Saturday 23rd July. Please sign up by Sunday 17th July so that we can ensure the order can be made in good time.
A number of folk have been asking about coming into church membership. If you are not a church member but would like to explore this, please do speak to me or one of the elders.
Just a reminder that the representatives of each of the churches in the Colchester and Tendring Area Partnership have been called to a meeting with our Moderator, Lythan Nevard and the convenor of the pastoral committee, Paul Ellis, on 14th July at 7.30pm. Dave Anderson and I will be attending the meeting to hear what they have to say about future deployment of ministry. Please do pray for this meeting.
Our Wednesday and Saturday morning prayer meetings will be on Zoom at 9.30 am.
Please do continue to pray for our youth who are preparing to lead sung worship at the Big Day Out next Saturday, 16th July.
