Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. Psalm 27:14
Hi All
The words of the psalmist reminds us of how we need to look to the Lord as we wait. I wonder what you feel you are waiting for at the moment. Maybe the children are waiting for Christmas, maybe we feel we are waiting to see what the New Year will bring, maybe we are waiting to see how this new Covid variant will affect our immediate plans or maybe we are waiting to see what God is going to do in this church family as we wait to declare the vacancy and then wait for a new minister. Lots to think and pray about but let us not forget the words of the psalmist above.
Advent and Christmas

Nativity trail Sunday 5th December, 2.30 pm. This takes place this Sunday afternoon. It is not too late to offer to help with welcoming or refreshments. We have heard of a number of families who are intending to join the trail – please do pray for good weather and that the children and families will get to understand something more about the real meaning of Christmas.

If you have suggestions for or can help with this service please speak to me. If you can help with refreshments please speak to Marie. We are asking people to book for this on Eventbrite:
