Partnership with Tiptree URC
Last Sunday after the morning service, our church meeting voted unanimously to proceed with partnering with Tiptree URC. We are now in the processes of writing the profiles so that these can be submitted to the Moderator to enable the vacancy to be put on the vacancies list. Please continue to pray about this process.
Annual General Meeting
On behalf of the elders (Dave, Marie and myself) I give notice that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 12th June 2023 at 7.30pm. At the meeting we will review 2022, elect elders and look ahead to the future for Plume Avenue Church. The current serving elders will be standing for re-election for a further 2 years. Our Interim Moderator, Rev David Sebley will chair our meeting for us. We do hope you will be able to attend the meeting, if you require a lift please do let us know.
Baby Box
Please do remember there is a baby box in the foyer for donations of gifts for young George Samuel Swabey. We will present this to Sarah, David and George early in June.

Church Membership
Some folk have asked about church membership. If you are not yet a member and would like to explore this, please do speak to me or Dave or Marie.
Coffee and Cake
As from 5th June we will “rebrand” our Monday gathering to be “Coffee and Cake” and will meet from 9.30 am – 12 noon. We have some folk who are able to help with serving the coffee and provide cakes. If you would be able to help with this on an occasional or regular basis
please let me know as soon as you can so that we can put a rota together. We would like to continue to gather on a Monday morning as many have found this a wonderful opportunity to meet together and it has also provided support to Esther and the toddler group with serving coffee.
This week
There will be prayer meetings on Wednesday and Saturday mornings at 9.30am. Zoom details for each will be e-mailed early in the week.
