Dear All,
This Sunday will be our Café church service. During the service we will be sharing in the “Dedication of Parents and the Blessing of a Child” as Bee and Dave dedicate themselves as parents and we bless Lily. I do hope you will be able to join us for this special service.
Photocopier
The new photocopier has arrived. The access codes are unchanged – please contact me if you encounter any issues.
Over the last few weeks, the elders have been discussing how we can reduce the Administration workload of the Church Secretary. We would like someone to offer to oversee the photocopier contract and ordering of paper and other office supplies. If you would like more details about this or would like to offer to take this on, please do come and speak to me. The tasks are not onerous.
Church Picnic
Please do bring your picnic lunches to church on Sunday 9th July so that we can share some time together.
Summer Mondays
We will be running sessions for the children on Monday mornings during the school holidays (31st July, 7th, 14th & 21st August). Thank you to those who have already agreed to help with this – I will be in touch shortly. If you think you could help with this and have a current DBS check in place, please could you speak to me. We also need folk to help ensure we have cover to provide Coffee and Cake – again please do speak to me if you can help. Booking forms are now available – please return these by 20 July.
New Wine
I am pleased to say that we are intending to show the New Wine streams of the Celebrations on 26-30 July. These will be the morning and evening celebrations. We have received confirmation from New Wine that these will be available but not a full schedule with timings etc. We hope that we may be able to combine some of the sessions with some social gatherings too.

Just a reminder that Brenda’s funeral will be here at Plume Avenue on 7th July at 11.30 am. There will be tea and cake after the service. Brenda did like her cake!
