This Sunday morning
This Sunday the Youth are leading the morning service which is called “What is Christmas?”. Joe writes “during this Sunday’s service, you will have the opportunity to ask the youth group questions. Over the next few days, have a think about what you’d like to ask them.”
Carols by Candlelight Refreshments
Our Carol Service is this Sunday evening at 6.30 pm. It will be a traditional Carol service followed by refreshments. We need some folk to help with the heating of sausage rolls and a team to serve these and mince pies on the evening. Please speak to Andrea or I if you can help.
Christingle Service
Do join us for our Family Christingle Service at 4 pm on Christmas Eve. It will be a service for all ages.
Midnight Communion
Our Midnight Communion service starts at 11.30 pm on Christmas Eve. This is a short, quiet and Candlelit service when we remember the birth of Jesus on that Holy Night and share in bread and wine as he told us to do in Remembrance.
Christmas Day
We will celebrate as a family together on Christmas Day at a short service starting at 10 am. Do bring a Christmas present you have opened on the morning to show us.
Social Services Gifts
Thank you to everyone who brought gifts last Sunday for Social Services. They were so pleased with them when they came to collect them.
Christmas Card
We will be creating a space on the noticeboard above the sofas for those who would prefer to send one card to the fellowship rather than individual cards.
This week
There will be a prayer meeting on Wednesday morning and Saturday morning at 9.30 am. Zoom details will be e-mailed early in the week.
